"Lady Luck", created in 1940 by Will Eisner, is the alter-ego of 'Brenda Banks', an Irish-American socialite heiress and daughter of a mine-owner.
Brenda's costume is a a green dress and green hat, with a green veil in place of a mask.
Only her chauffeur, 'Peecolo', knows Brenda and Lady Luck are one and the same.
